KLIMB is a branding and digital studio. We work with global tech brands and scale-ups, speaking to founders and marketing teams alike. You can find us at goklimb.com, and our French office sits at 80 rue de Billancourt, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, which is where the apprenticeship takes place.
This is a work-study position (alternance) only, on-site, with compensation following the French legal work-study scale based on your age and year of study.

// WHAT YOU'LL DO //
Build → Ship websites in Webflow, hands-on
- Integrate Webflow sites from Figma, pixel-close and responsive
- Build clean, scalable structures: reusable components, sensible classes, tidy style system
- Set up and manage the Webflow CMS: collections, dynamic lists, filtering
- Implement smooth, on-brand interactions and animations
- Cover the fundamentals: SEO tags, performance, accessibility basics
- QA before launch: responsiveness, cross-browser, links, forms, edge cases
- Support live client projects, from staging to launch
- Keep files, naming, and docs clean so anyone can pick up the work
Grow → Learn the craft with senior people around you
- Learn KLIMB's Webflow standards and quality bar from day one
- Get structured feedback and reviews that level you up fast
- Sit close to designers and strategists, and learn why a brand is built the way it is
- Explore adjacent tools when needed: Framer, motion, light scripting, no-code
- Own small pieces early, bigger ones as you grow
- Bring ideas and references, ask questions, break things in staging, keep improving

Your school or diploma doesn't mean much to us. We're mainly looking for someone curious, hands-on, and genuinely into building for the web.
