Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Growth Designer to join our team in Bangalore. This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, particularly in creating high-converting landing pages and websites, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages and websites
- Create micro animations to enhance user experience
- Develop B2B marketing collateral that resonates with the North American marketplace
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create effective marketing assets
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Webflow and Figma
- Experience in designing for B2B markets
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on landing pages and marketing collateral
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with micro animations
- Familiarity with the North American marketplace
