Role Description

As a Frontend Engineer with expertise in Webflow, you will work on creating modern, responsive web applications, translating design mockups into high-quality code optimized for performance and accessibility. You will collaborate with the design and backend teams to integrate Webflow components and ensure seamless user experiences. This is a full-time remote role, requiring excellent communication and coordination skills across distributed teams to meet project timelines and deliver results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Communication and strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end applications for performance and usability.
• Experience in Project Management to handle multiple ongoing initiatives and deliver on deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering disciplines is a plus, offering insight into engineering concepts if relevant to projects.
• Proficiency in Webflow and front-end tools, with proven experience in adaptive and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience working in an Agile environment, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for crafting excellent user experiences.
