Opportunity Overview
We’re hiring a Webflow Developer to turn high-quality Figma designs into exceptional, production-ready Webflow builds.
You’ll own delivery end-to-end: responsive breakpoints, CMS architecture, interactions, performance, and clean handoff. You’ll also bring taste and judgment to the design conversation, not just “follow the canvas.”
Key Responsibilities
- Build Webflow pages from Figma with a high bar for craft, fidelity, and responsiveness.
- Implement CMS collections, dynamic templates, and scalable component structures.
- Create polished interactions/animations where appropriate (Webflow interactions; light JS when needed).
- Maintain and evolve a design system in Webflow (classes, components, structure, naming conventions).
- QA builds across devices/browsers and resolve bugs quickly.
- Collaborate with designers/PMs, flag gaps/edge cases, and make smart decisions to ship.
- Use AI coding tools in your workflow to move faster (without compromising quality).
- Ship 1–2 high-quality Webflow pages with full responsiveness + interactions.
- Set/align CMS structure for scalability (collections, templates, reusable components).
- Ensure the build feels “designed” — spacing, rhythm, and details are consistently polished.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in relevant fields
- Strong portfolio of Webflow builds that demonstrate real craft (not just basic marketing sites).
- Strong working proficiency in Figma (layout systems, components, spacing, responsive intent).
- Working knowledge of HTML + CSS (enough to push beyond native Webflow limitations).
- Experience building responsive layouts, CMS-driven pages, and production-ready handoffs.
- Clear written/spoken English and strong Async communication.
Bonus Qualifications
- JavaScript basics (for lightweight enhancements).
- Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Side projects / personal builds (even unfinished) that show curiosity and taste.
